Attention Seniors, Juniors, and anyone wanting to look into their future on or off St. Lawrence campus: Monday, September 19th, Graduate School Fair will be held in the Student Center, and I highly recommend that everyone who is free between 11am and 2pm goes. If you want to go to graduate school, this is your opportunity to find details about the school you may already be looking into, or find another that is a better fit. If you’re unsure whether or not you want to attend graduate school, perhaps thinking of taking a year off, you should still take a look and get more information. If you know for certain you want nothing to do with a college after your career at St. Lawrence, there’s still a chance for you to win a 26-inch television, the Kaplan Test Prep Course (valued at almost $2,000), or even a free Sergi’s pizza roll, so it’s worth it to come. The event will take place in the Student Center atrium, so you can go and browse through the tables while waiting for your food. Representatives from the Universities of Binghamton, Niagara, Ross, Syracuse, and New Haven will be there, plus many more. Representatives for the Peace Corps are coming as well, and are always willing to answer any questions you might have. If you’d like more information on what colleges will be attending this year’s Graduate Fair check SLUWIRE: GRADUATE FAIR and follow the link on the bottom of the page. The fair is a great chance for everyone to see what your future could hold after your SLU days are over.
